VIRCS Newsletter Launch

Thanks to the VIRCS Volunteer Media Team, we are happy to announce our new newsletter!

Every month, this newsletter will be available at VIRCS and on-line, providing information about all of the events and weekly activities happening at VIRCS. It will also include some information about upcoming and past events, and a new staff biography each month.

Media Team Update

Our Promotions and Marketing Volunteer Team is in full swing, but we are still looking for a Graphic Designer to add the team.

If you or someone you know would like to help us create posters and other material to promote VIRCS' programs, let me know.

Volunteer Media Team Begins!

I would like to announce the creation of our brand new Volunteer Media Team, which will plan, design, and create promotional material and media support for VIRCS' events and program activities throughout the year.

This team of skilled volunteers will meet approximately once a week with me and the Coordinators for VIRCS' events, and will be a valuable experience for anyone interested graphic design, promotions, business, and communications.

Anyone interested in joining the team can come to the info session on Monday, May 11th, at 4pm at VIRCS. Please let me know in advance of the info session if you would like to attend.
