Interview Workshops

VIRCS is running mock interview workshops again during the month of June. We are inviting our clients to come and practice their interview technique, be filmed and receive feedback from our volunteer interviewers who have kindly offered their time and experience to help out. Volunteers also attended a short workshop which reviewed the best practices of multicultural interviewing. Everyone raised valuable issues and generated lots of ideas and the role playing game raised a few laughs too.
